POLICIES

SECURING BOOKINGS

A 50% deposit payment is required to secure online appointments. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment.

All payments may be accepted via Square, Pay Pal, Visa, and Mastercard.

IN-HOME TRAVEL APPOINTMENTS

In-Home Travel appointments are available Monday- Friday, and Sunday. For Saturday travel requests, travel appointments are ONLY available for groups of 2 or more and bridal parties. For additional travel questions, please visit the contact tab above. 

TRAVEL FEE

A travel fee of $100 and up for on-location services within TX , to and from zip code 75226 will be applied to service. Out of state destinations may incur an additional long distance travel fee.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Rates remain the same as listed for bridal services, with the exception of all travel, lodging, and food expenses. These expenses are required to be covered by the client.

PARKING FEES

Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee.

BEFORE/AFTER OPERATINGHOUR

APPOINTMENTS

Before/after operating hour appointments are available upon request. This includes a $35 service fee.

CANCELLATION 

 Appointment Cancellation Policy- All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. Deposit payment will be refunded. To reschedule an appointment, you may visit the online booking site or contact info@desireephillips.com for the next available booking.  

  No Show Policy- Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full. 

Bridal Cancellation Policy-  Bridal Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date or signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. 

If cancellation is made 14 days prior to the reserved date, a half deposit will be refunded.

BRIDAL CONTRACTS

When booking for a bridal package, a contract is required to be signed. A half deposit is required to secure wedding desired dates. The remaining balance is expected one month before your booking date.
